ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS

Are all items pre-order?

Yes. All items from our first drop are pre-orders. This helps us reduce waste and ensure quality in every piece.
How long do pre-orders take?

Pre-orders ship within 1–2 weeks.

Delivery time begins after your order has shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Because production begins immediately, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Once your order ships:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

How do I know my size?

 

Our sets are true to size and made with flexible four-way stretch fabric that sculpts your body while staying comfortable. If you are in between sizes we recommend sizing UP💕

 

Are the sets tall and short girl friendly? Yes! 

Our sets are designed to flatter a variety of heights:

Short-girl friendly: Smooth, fitted look without bunching

Tall-girl friendly: Enough stretch and length to stay comfortable and covered

Do the sets come with the headband?

Yes ! every set includes a matching headband.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, all sales are final due to preorder production and the intimate nature of our items.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

ORDERS & ADDRESS CHANGES

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

Email us immediately at herofficialbrand@gmail.com.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it.

What if my package says delivered but I don’t see it?
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, HER Official is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact USPS or your local carrier for further assistance.
