Please review sizing, product descriptions, and photos carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at herofficialbrand@gmail.com with photos and your order number.
We will happily assist you.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, as production begins immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, HER Official is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
