Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be processed, produced, and prepared for shipment.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address
HER Official is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, HER Official is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
For missing packages, please contact USPS or your local carrier for assistance.
